This listing is for a quantity of eight (8) 2 Packs, Total 16 Bulbs, Philips 60 Watt, 130 Volt White Frosted Medium (Edison) Base Incandescent Light Bulbs.  They are rated at 855 Lumens at 1,000 hour life when operated at 130 volts.
They are rated at 650 Lumens at 2,830 hour life when operated at 120 volts.
Ordinary household current in the USA is around 120 volts in most areas.  When using 130 volt lamps the brightness is modestly reduced, but the life goes up by 2.5 times.  These lamps are useful in difficult to change areas such as light fixtures in stairwells, or in any area where an extended life lamp would be desirable.  General service incandescent lamps are no longer manufactured.  All production and importation of 60 watt incandescent lamps in the USA ended on December 31, 2013.
